H&R Block

"I wanted to do a virtual appointment and go all the way to the end and the website said I had to call. So I called and a guy from this office said he would help and we did a video appointment an hour later. He then said he was in over his head with my tax return and scheduled me for an appointment for another man for today at 9am. I joined that video and no one showed up. I called and the lady said the man wasn't even scheduled to be there until 11. She kept trying to blame a call center agent for making the appointment and I had to keep correcting her that it was someone specifically from her office. She scheduled me another appointment with the same man for 530 and he didn't show to that one either. I called and he said he sent me a link and basically told me to just use H&R block website because he has to charge me $400 to use his service..."

"Not going back here. Paid double fees to file was penalized for their mistake and still my taxes are not fixed and not reimbursed for double paying. I have the receipts to prove it."

"When I went in for help to get my taxes checked, the man I spoke to was very condescending. He made snide remarks and asked rude and personal questions about who pays my expenses, even though I had told him several times that I am a legal independant. When I go into a business as a polite and paying customer, I expect professionality and politeness from its staff. It was an extremely negative experience and I will never be going back."

I had to listen to a complete jerk speak down to the 20year specialist next to us and she was very polite even though he was insanely rude even though he forgot his paper work. Highly reccomend."
