"This company and the two technicians are the best!!! Martin and Curtis have done an excellent job of fixing my drain and plumbing problems. They fixed what a different company didn’t do right last year. They have fixed in one afternoon what the other company took 2 days to “fix.” Not Martin and Curtis were very polite and kind. They talked me through everything they did so I could understand. I would very highly recommend this company. I hope I won’t need a plumber again. Prime stood by their bid and didn’t try to dime and nickel us for additional upgrades. Guy is extremely knowledgeable with respect to clean water solutions. "I highly recommend Guy at Prime Plumbing. I contacted Prime Plumbing to install a utility sink in my garage. Guy came out, advised me on the type of sink I should buy, and gave me a very reasonable estimate. I called once the sink arrived and he was able to do the install within 3 days. I watched Guy work and he is not only thorough but meticulous. He assembled the sink and attached it to my plumbing. He treated my garage with the same respect as if he was working on the inside of my home. He went the extra mile by caulking the edge of the backsplash where it meets the wall. He also volunteered to take away all the packaging the sink came in. I plan on using Guy for all my plumbing needs - 5 stars doesn’t do him justice. It’s nice to find a plumber that is knowledgeable, professional and fairly priced."
