"First of all this is one of the filthiest businesses I've ever been in. I was worried I would get a sinus infection just sitting in the waiting room. Then they screwed up my tax returns. I kept waiting for money to turn up in my account and it turned out they didn't even file them. They were missing a document and only told me 10 days before tax deadline!
