"If you have any trouble with your phone I highly recommend asking for "Ben" at the Clarkston location. Anytime I have trouble with my phone "Ben has fixed it quickly and talked me through what he was doing and was very knowledgeable about what he was doing. One time they were about to close and he stayed like 30 minutes past close to get me all set and the list goes on so again I highly recommend asking for "Ben" at the Clarkston location he is the guy you want to to talk to if you want above average and beyond customer service. "Adrian Granger is the best!!! I was in town from Alaska for a short time visiting my dad and was headed into an area that my AT&T phone wouldn't work. Adrian hooked me up with a temporary phone in no time!!! Recently, my teenage daughter was visiting from Alaska and I was able to coordinate via email with Adrian to get her set up with a temporary phone AND get my dad set up with a new phone. Amazing customer service that I truly appreciate. Thanks again Adrian!!!"
