"We had a pipe is an exterior wall freeze and than burst this last storm. Our property manager was able to call Direct Plumping and get them out here next morning. They were able to find, access and fix it fast. Great communication with us and the property manager."
"We had our pipes freeze during the winter storm right before we were supposed to leave town for the weekend. I called them at 7:30 and they were here diagnosing the problem before 9. They found the freeze underground underneath our deck and were prepared to dig it up in negative temperatures on the spot, however our landlord declined the service. Nonetheless they helped me fix the door to the crawl space free of charge to implement the landlords short term solution and saved me at least a half hour in that weather. I will be recommending them to friends and hiring them again whenever I need a plumber."
