"We could not be more satisfied with the response and service we received from Bills Heating and Air. We called late in the afternoon for an issue with our furnace. They had a technician (Scott Ellis) there that day who was able to diagnose the issue and get the parts ordered. They returned promptly to install the parts with no issues. From start to finish the level of communication from Bills was fantastic. They notified us via text along each step of the way. They called promptly to schedule everything and gave clear, concise and accurate estimates for everything involved. There was never any surprises and we felt very comfortable."

"I can not say enough about how amazing these guys are. Courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. I contacted Bill's for an estimate less than 24 hours ago, the technician arrived quickly the same day and provided me a vast amount of information and options for my specific needs. THEY HAVE VERY COMPETITVE PRICING OPTIONS. The quality of service from start to finish has been exceptional. The installation team arrived prepared and prompt, as scheduled this morning. They laid walking area mats down and even swept the traffic areas they occupied upon departure! By this afternoon the installation was completed. The entire crew worked hard the entire time they were here. Not just installed, but tested thoroughly accompanied with answers to all of my questions regarding the new furnace system. They include a return inspection in 2 weeks to ensure performance and mechanical function. If you find yourself in need of a furnace replacement, please make sure your research and estimates include Bill's, as they appear to be an industry leader. Wow, all within 24 hours after the initial call??? :) In my opinion... Highly recommended 5 star company!"

"291223 Bills heating and air conditioning. Chronological dates of events: On 27 December 2023, our heat pump stopped, we called the original installer of the pump who gave us a date of 03 January 2024 to come out and look at the problem. I checked all the circuit breakers going to the pump and found that they were all in the on position. One odd thing I did hear was the motor cycling on and off as though it was trying to run. Not wanting to experience a 62-degree home for 8 more days we called Bill’s Heating who said they would send someone out the same day, 27 December, to evaluate the problem. They gave us a time window between 08:00 and 10:00. True to their word, Lucas, from Bill’s was here before 10:00. After testing the Lenox motor Lucas told us the motor was not working and would need to be replaced. The cost of a new Lenox motor was more than $3100. Since Lenox could only sell it there wasn’t a replacement for it except through Lenox. The old heat pump was over fifteen years old, and it didn’t make sense to put a $3100 motor into a heat pump as old as ours was. We took the money we had saved for a down payment on a car to replace our 2000 Chevrolet Blazer and decided to install a new heat pump. Lucas called his office and then told us they would install the new heat pump the next day, on the twenty-eighth. Not believing I understood Lucas and the date of installation I asked him again what the date would be. He said the twenty-eighth and they would be here between 07:00 and 09:00. Around 07:45 Taylor, from Bill’s, called to let us know they were on the way and would bet here shortly after 08:00. When they arrived, I noticed how clean their truck and trailer were. Even the inside of the truck was nearly spotless. When Taylor and her partner Pat arrived, they ensured the power was off to the unit and then quickly set about removing the old heat pump and many accessories in preparation for the new installation. They made quick work of the removal and started installing the new heat pump. While doing this, three electricians showed up to do the rewiring necessary for the new pump. After the electricians finished the rest of the sheet metal was buttoned up by Taylor while Pat completed the removal of junk and finished setting up the new thermostat controllable with our phones no less! With the job finished, they cleaned up the small amount of debris and they were off. The heat was back on, the house was getting warmer, and we were finally warm again. We were impressed by their punctuality, professionalism, friendliness, and expertise in doing their various jobs and would recommend this company to anyone asking us for a reference. Of course, Taylor and Pat would be selected to do the work. 090124 When Bill’s heating had completed the job, they told my wife and I that someone would be back approximately a week later to make sure all the settings were correct, and everything was running well for us. A day later Bill’s called to set a date and time for the follow up appointment that was convenient for us. On the date, 09 January 2024, Jeff called to tell us that he was on the way. He said he'd be here within 1/2 an hour. And true to his word, he was here. When we opened the door to let him in, he immediately presented a very professional look, in both his clothing and mannerisms. He introduced himself and told us that he was there to check things out to make sure everything was correct. During the time that he was here I asked him a number of questions, all of which he answered in a quiet, confident manner. 060224 During the interval of him first being here and the second time we managed to screw up the settings on the thermostat. Instead of having the heat come on at 06:00 hours, it was 180° out. The heat was coming on at 22:00 hours and staying on until 06:00 at which time it went to 65° during the day. It didn’t take us long to figure out that something was wrong. But each time we tried to reset it, it got worse. So, we called Bill’s again and Jeff showed up to fix the problem."
