"This has to literally be the dumbest group of prosecutors I’ve ever seen. They have 0 concern for actual justice. Openly endorsing a violent criminal. They literally referred to my statement “ You didn’t show up to court, Is my son ok?” As a physically harming threat. I had a clean record at 28 and no history of violence in any manner. They isolate every fact of your case to manipulate you, instead of putting the case together with and the public defenders go for the act. THEY HAVE NO MULTICULTURAL AWARENESS!! NONE! Every single thing you do is viewed from a negative perception even the good things. These DA’s aren't chasing justice or what’s right. They do the job because it makes them feel good about themselves and to make the county money off unsuspecting minorities and older more hippie like natives."

"The district attorney told me today that they won't prosecute people for assaulting anyone with a criminal record. Even with video of the assult. So if anyone has ever been convicted of a crime you can be attacked at anytime by anyone. No consequences."

"David Jensen is the assigned DA to my case. I am the so called “victim”! Me Jensen is putting me through hell with nothing more in mind than winning his case! From the start he violated my rights to a consultation, his mind was made up before I had a chance to speak to him, he disrespected my time by calling in 1.5 hours after the agreed upon phone appointment. Even tho I spend in great detail explaining that my boyfriend is a 2X TBI survivor and that he did not leave a mark in my body, he insisted to keep a no contact order in place going on 4 months, forcing my boyfriend out of our home. With my boyfriend having to pay his own cost of living now, I lost my financial support and facing eviction with my 8 year old, I almost lost my means of income due to falling behind on my vehicle. I have explained the police, Mr Jensen that at no point was I ever in danger, was afraid and I simply did not want a loud argument around my child. No one is willing to listen or look at the facts. We are just a case that needs to be won, there is no justice, he does not care how this affected me and my child in any shape or form. Heartless, ruthless, driven by his own personal goal. I am absolutely disgusted by this person."

"What a "victim advocate" Tori Gruber is absolutely terrible at her job. Dont care about the victims and the Victim Advocates couldn't be anymore worthless overall or careless about their jobs. Hard to reach, Can't help with anything at all and are all lost puppies. Not even real victims of crimes and don't care about anyones best interest, both victim and defendant. Only care about money despite what the victim is going through. Just absolutely worthless people here couldn't be more ashamed of this system in Colorado. They don't care about their victims, don't let it fool you!"
