"CAID Company has gone above and beyond. I cannot stress enough with how unprofessional I found so many other contractor companies. I was needing a renovation in my home, a couple windows added, replacing all the floors, repairing the walls, and repainting the entire interior. It was a decent sized job that would obviously not be cheap. However I think I contacted every single contractor in the valley. Over half of them never even responded or straight up just ghosted me. Of the ones that did reply, half of those people were just rude, or not even willing to listen to the vision of what my girlfriend and I were wanting. I was quickly losing hope until I reached out to CAID, Paul (the owner), came out and met with my girlfriend and I to discuss everything. He was super polite, super professional, talked us through a bunch of ideas we had, took his time with us. It was apparent that CAID and Paul actually cared about what we wanted and he made sure to let us know that he is only happy if we are happy. So of course we decided to reward CAID with the job. They came in, had a whole crew, took around 5 weeks to complete everything. Each day the whole team was super communicative and if I had questions they were answered by either Paul or his senior team members right away. If I had concerns or ideas, we talked through them. The crew made sure to clean up their mess every day before they left. Super respectful. The amount of disrespect these other local contractors will give you is not even worth it. Screw them all, and I’m telling you now, just go with CAID from the very beginning. Save yourself a ton of headaches. It’s like all these contractors just moved into the valley knowing we have been growing, and they are just trying to take advantage of Idahoans. No Paul and CAID. All future needs I already know who I will be reaching out to,"

In a kitchen remodel you never know what the process is going to look like or if things will go/turn out like you hope for…..but I can honestly say that I LOVE how my kitchen turned out.
