The girls at the front desk were quiet but friendly, but that's OK they looked like they were busy with tasks from the long weekend off."

"The lab reviewer "Dr." Did not do her due diligence on my pre-employment drug screen. For some reason couldn't verify my prescription information. Told me my doctor's office didn't have a ROI on file, I CALLED MY DOCTOR'S OFFICE AND THEY SAID THEY WERE LOOKING RIGHT AT THE ROI AND THAT SHE NEVER CALLED. Then tells my employer that the doctor's office gave her information but it wasn't enough to justify my results. Therefore she's either lying or there's a HIPAA violation. This has caused me a lot of undue stress and hopefully doesn't cost me my job I am looking for her supervisor as we speak."
