"I took my dog g in for a shampoo and to have his nails done. He has been going there for years. The groomer for me that the shampoo, and now it was a package, and it would be Decom and blow drying too which OK that’s fine. I said go ahead I went shopping came back he wasn’t ready he was still being blowdried and she told me that he needed his haircut. She argued with me about it. I didn’t want his haircut, but around his butt, she said that she couldn’t technically let him leave if he had not in his hair and I had to be out. I told her no do not cut his hair. I came back he was still in blow dryer and I saw how much longer she said is a four hour job I’m like I’m not no I’ve never had a four hour job with my dog just getting a shampoo and now trimmed argue with me some more I said I just wanna take my dog home he’s washed all I want to pay for it it was $90. The store manager took 30 off but paid 15 four dollars for a shampoo. His nails never did get done very disappointed will not be returning much of it cost me $54 to have my dog get a bath."
"Brought my yorkie in for trim to head and legs paws. They added a 24$ charge that I did not approve. I brought my own shampoo. They charged me 83$ and had her for 3.5 hours. She is a tiny little thing and to take that long and only trim her head paws and legs. They took the 24$ off but still 62$ is a lot for the head and legs paws to be trimmed."
