"They accept home warranty claims but never come out. They’ve accepted 5 workorders to come out and look at a leak but will ghost you and it’s impossible to get ahold of them. Don’t waste your time. I’ve been waiting since January 17th. They will ignore and ghost you!!!! Keep in mind it cost me $100 every time I submit a request!"
