"Once Upon A Horse is a facility that is always striving to improve and provide the best possible atmosphere for horses, people, learning and care. This facility even invested in a black widow arena groomer which improves not only the footing you can see but all the way to the base too as needed. Hence, I have no idea how Kathy S found any of the footing, expect in the parking areas maybe to be like concrete. I found arenas to be well watered to minimize dust and fully groomed and worked up for excellent footing to train and compete in."
"This facility is run very professionally, with an indoor arena, two outdoor arenas and a large round pen. The horses are very well taken care of. I’ve had some “not so great experiences” in the valley with boarding, trainers and lessons, Storey Tails has hit the mark and knocked it out of the park with all of my goals and desires for both my horses and me!"
"I have had a wonderful experience both boarding and training at this barn. The facility is lovely and boasts an indoor arena, large outdoor, and dressage arenas. Erin is knowledgeable as well as professional, and takes great care with the horses and riders. I was happily surprised as I have been very fortunate to have had worked with top trainers at their facilities in this industry, and Once Upon/ Storey Tails did not disappoint."
"I can tell you that this facility is terrific. I have been there for ten years and have always had the best care. I see a negative review here and its just not the case. Erin has been easy and a joy to work with and cares about the horses and boarders and her students, well done Erin and crew at Storey Tails at Once Upon a Horse!"
"Poorly set up. Warm up arena on a slope, not the best for some horses. Footing was like concrete. Reviewed photos before attending and the photos do not reflect what the facility actually looks like. Will not return or recommend to anyone. That could be why there was such a small amount of riders."
