"The team at Alpha fitness is beyond amazing. Great coaching staff and very clean facilities - which include on-site showers as well! As someone just starting out in bjj, I was worried about being in over my head and the risk of getting injured (I’m in my 30s). Alpha fitness restricts beginners to certain classes until you get your “sea legs” so to speak. This allowed me to start my journey in a safe space where the focus was on learning the proper movements without feeling judged about my lack of skills or pressure to roll with others. "Alpha Jujitsu is probably the best gym I have ever trained at. The facility is fabulous bar none, the equipment is top notch. They have split changing rooms an showers! So nice after training! Everything looks brand new an super clean. The professor Hernando an his wife were so nice an very professional. The one free class I went to I felt like I was family right from the get go. The class was very informative an easy to understand. I would definitely recommend this gym if you looking to get into jujitsu."
