Welcome to Rathdrum Fitness located at 14250 Thayer Street in Rathdrum, Idaho, United States. We are a gym and health institution offering a wide range of exercise equipment to help you meet your conditioning goals. Our professional trainers lead private and group classes designed to target your unique needs, with limited class sizes to ensure personalized attention. In addition to our workout facility, we offer personal training in weight-training, nutrition, and cardiovascular endurance.
At Rathdrum Fitness, we believe that knowledgeable and courteous staff are essential to your success. Our trainers are here to help you achieve your goals without judgment. We offer all access cards for anytime gym access, as well as dedicated times for basketball and pickleball in our full-size gym.
Our facility features three tanning beds to choose from, as well as childcare services at an affordable rate. We offer a variety of classes including cycling, total body conditioning, strength training, cardio endurance, low-impact aerobics, HIIT fitness, and yoga.

"You can’t sing and workout! I got kick out for singing and minding my own business! I wasn’t throwing around anything! Yes it’s a gym so who cares if I sing out loud. I wasn’t even bothering anyone else in the gym at all. He was the only person to say anything out of like 23 other people that was in there! Had someone stand next to him so I guess he could be his little security guard if anything went wrong! Let’s talk about facts as well and not make up lies like you are doing my dude!"

"I love going to this gym. I’m from out of state and frequent here every time I’m in town. The facility is very clean, staff is friendly, childcare is a safe, welcoming environment, and their new add on fitness area is well equipped. The price for a day price cannot be matched at some of the bigger, franchised gyms. If I lived here I would absolutely have a full time membership!"
