"One staff member that I interacted with upon arrival was adamant on establishing it was my fault my insurance charged me money. My question was why I had been notified only 16 hours before my appointment that a large amount of money would be due upon arrival. They said they usually try to notify in more advance. I stated they had 53 days after I scheduled the appointment with them to “try to” notify me. They repeated their statement. I would suggest this staff member get some counseling or training so they don’t get so defensive and make further patients feel badly about their situation. The other staff members were amiable and helpful. Dr. Gage was very pleasant to work with. I look forward to hearing his knowledge expound in our future meeting. Edit: Upon second visit Dr. Gage had read my review and was distressed to hear how the staff member acted in the situation. He said he had addressed the issue and was apologetic. Dr. Gage was very wonderful to work with. I would suggest him to anyone."

"I haven't even been to this office. My doctor referred me here and I had scheduled and appointment 2 months in advance to ensure I would be able to get the day off work. I work two jobs and don't have a single day off. I called to verify my insurance and the receptionist was very rude, said she had to reschedule my appointment the doctor wouldn't be there. that's fine I understand accidents happen. she acted like it was my fault they had to re schedule my appointment because I booked it so far out. what? Its not my fault you have to reschedule me because your provider will be out that day. very rude didn't apologize for THEIR mess up not mine. You already know its not a good place when all you've done is schedule an appointment and the front desk already has a bad attitude."
