"place is awful. i would not take my kid there again. Wait time is well over an hour and when someone else comes in after your appointment they have them back before you. staff is rude and no one seem to care about anyone but them self. Place needs shut down for good."

"Im just going to say Dr Lucero is an awesome doctor! Her staff though need to step it up especially the receptionist like why are you telling people to hold while you not doing anything but talking to the other staff and also being on your phone, there is maybe 2 or 3 people waiting to be seen that's all girl you ain't busy! Everytime I called I thought it was because it's a busy place but now I see you just lazy. Dr Lucero please change your staff or educate them on how to to a good job."

"Horrible experience all around. Spent 5 hours waiting with my 1 mo old. Only to see Dr. Mo in a terrible mood. We make these appointments to seek medical advise.. Not to experience someone in this profession be incredibly unprofessional with little to no patience. I did not appreciate how he handled my 1mo old or how he spoke to us. Staff was rude, unprofessional, also in a bad mood. Disappointed as we were looking forward to seeing Dr. Mo since he had great reviews. I do not recommend."

"5 stars for Dr Lucero being a great doctor who actually diagnoses accurately and tests for things instead of guessing! Always very attentive to my questions and concerns. I travel 2 hours just to see her because that’s how much I trust her. 3.5 stars as far as waiting time. I would still rather wait and get an accurate diagnosis than be seen immediately and just be given amoxicillin like all other pediatric offices I’ve encountered."

"Where to even begin with how terrible this place is. First of all the receptionists rarely answer the phone and then leave you on hold for a long time and eventually hang up on you instead. I've seen them talk amongst themselves while they ignore the phones ringing. They can't keep track of things and WILL charge you multiple times for the same appointment so keep your receipts. An appointment takes about two hours just to get you in a room and then an hour or two more for a doctor to finally come in only for them to rush to the next person. And as for Dr.Lucero, she used to be a good doctor but now she's in such a rush that she either doesn't listen or she ignores all your problems and concerns. Lucero is rude when you start asking questions since it seems like she just wants to get to the next room as soon as possible. Overall I wouldn't recommend this place, especially if you don't have 4 hours available for a "quick checkup.""
