"I took documents by and counted the page for so I could get a specific price for requested service. I asked for, and received, a printout of the price for the work. When I picked up the work it was significantly higher than what I was told. The number of copies were the same. When I spoke to the owner about it he said he didn't care it took them longer to print so he charged more and that I should not have been told the earlier price.. The man who I talked to originally was there and when I told him about it he denied it. I pulled out the receipt and the owner still said he didn't care. I would highly recommend finding another UPS store other than this one."
"If they would invest in a sign they would get a much better review from me. This store has been in Normandy Center for several months and the only way you can find it is by the services listed on the door, which is barely visible when cars are parked there. This store would probably pick up some easy business with some signage."
