"Absolute worst experience. I don’t like to take the time to write a negative review simply because I understand things happen, and businesses like anybody else have bad days too BUT this was insanely ridiculous from start to finish! I scheduled a move two weeks ago for yesterday August 19 between 9-11 am with Bria (she was great). The day of the move at around 10 am I called to follow up, no one had reached out to me with ETA, I had no idea if they were still coming it was after 10 am. The dispatcher Bria said the crew had a morning one item move and were held up that the movers would call with ETA soon. I called again around 11 am, still no ETA and no one had called me. Bria said she would let the supervisor know that I reached out so that they could touch base with me with an ETA. The supervisor Robert called me sometime around noon, explained to me how they were caught up on a commercial move having to take down door frames etc etc. Could not get the item then went on to explain that he would get to me as soon as possible possibly around 3 PM. I explained to him that I had my daughter and I had been up since 7 o’clock in the morning making sure we had everything ready for them to go that all of our things were packed up and we had been waiting, told him it was fine I understood and I would go grab something to eat while we waited. It was supposed to be a three man crew. I got a recall at 3:08 that the guys were there I had left the door open for them so they went in. I had a two bedroom apartment move on the third floor. The only furniture I had was two mattresses And a dresser and three televisions that I would say was heavy. Everything else was boxes there were items in the garage as well boxes on the ground floor again no furniture just a washer and dryer and boxes in the garage not on third floor and boxes. A move they should have taken two hours or less was completed by 7:30 PM. I left you the new place to wait on the movers. It took 4 1/2 hours and the guys left the majority of my items in the middle of my living room even though I had everything labeled, nothing that needed to be broken down or taken apart, everything labeled which room it needed to go in. The movers left items at the old place in my garage! left a mini fridge on my ground floor of my new place that was supposed to be moved to an upstairs bedroom, I mentioned something to the movers about it, and he said he would take it upstairs. Then he went outside and left it there. I was charged $705 for this move!!! Robert the supervisor gave me a $25 discount because they arrived at 3 PM instead of between 9 AM and 11 AM. This was the absolute worst experience I have ever had with movers. I felt completely taken advantage of, overcharged, and there is still items the movers left in my garage, that I will somehow have to find a way to move myself!!! So after waiting from 7 o’clock in the morning to be ready to go for the movers to arrive around 9 to have my items piled up in my living room at 730 pm in the evening I was still charged $705 for what three men were not able to knock out I was able to clear all the boxes from my living room in less than an hour and it took three adult men 4 1/2 hours. I will never recommend this moving company to anyone. They clearly took advantage of me, took longer than it should have for a small two bedroom with hardly any actual furniture and used the excuse of being on the upper floor. They were not extremely careful with my belongings, dropped a tote at the new place. Worst experience and service. Poor communication, poor service, not efficient with time, took longer than necessary. Extremely dissatisfied and disappointed. I would give negative stars if possible."

"I called at 11am, they were able to move my stove and oven within 2 hours of my call. Price was a little steep at 300 for 15 minutes of work but you can't beat the convenience of an instant response and a 2 hour minimum charge is pretty standard these days!! No damage was done to the 15k in appliances and the guys were professional. I will look to use them in our future spec home builds!!"
