"Normally I don’t have an issue with ups but my last package has been sitting in the DC since Friday July 28th at 6:30 am. Was told by the site supervisor that it would be delivered today but ups man said he didn’t have it! And you can never get ahold of anyone because of the call systems are all automated."

"Didnt get my package Monday was home all day yet the driver marked it as "met customer" as proof of delivery. Neighbor didnt get it or see ups here either so no clue who he met or where but my delivery did not get here. Call 800 # to start claim they cant help have to log in do it online, it wont let me log in, click to have reset for login sent never sends the email with link it says to watch for. Saw ups guy coming down road tried to flag him down to see who or where he left it at guy wouldnt stop."
"I never leave reviews, but I am so upset and frustrated with this office that I made an exception. I ordered something from Amazon to be shipped to my mom, to arrive at the same time we would for our family Christmas. I even paid extra for 2 day shipping to ensure it would get there in time. I recieved a call from the delivery driver the day before yesterday, telling me that the address was 'undeliverable'. I explained to her that Amazon had automatically included an E (east) in the address when there is not one, that the address was just the street number and street name. I also added that I have NEVER had an issue mailing things to her before. The driver told me she would double check the address and 'figure it out'. I hung up, verified the correct address with my mom and tried to call her back. She didn't answer. Not only was the package NOT delivered, but I just got off the phone with the corporate office and there is no delivery date now. Apparently it is just sitting in the UPS at Garden City, with no expected delivery date. So not only will my mom not have any gifts to open today, I also wasted money to have the package sent 2 day express mail. This review will probably do no good, as there are not even any replies to the other negative customer reviews."
