"We ordered a washer and dryer and they did not only deliver it to the front door. They bend over backwards for my father in law to put it in the bed of his truck, so he can bring it to us later. They even skipped their lunch for us to deliver early. Thank you Licero and partner for being outstanding."

"I had ordered a loveseat from Wayfair and it was supposed to be delivered on Tuesday (10/22/2020). Customers typically get a phone call a day ahead to confirm delivery schedule. I specifically requested 3:30pm because I don't get home from work until 3:15-3:20pm, but if 3:30pm was not doable, then it was okay for my apartment manager to sign whatever paperwork and leave the loveseat at my front door. I received a phone call around 2:50pm, and then again at 3:05pm only this time delivery left a voicemail stating that they couldn't wait, so they left! Did they even check in with my apartment manager at all?! I do not answer any phone calls or check voicemails while I'm out driving, so I couldn't respond right away. I paid to have a product delivered to me at a set date, but what I want to know is why can't this company work around a specific time schedule to ensure that the customer receives their product? Now, I have to reschedule and that infuriates me to no end! "Linn Star Transfer, Inc is in business to provide high-quality home deliveries. "Biggest yikes ever. We were supposed to have a bed that we ordered from Wayfair delivered on January 25. A few days before the delivery date, we got an email that stated that they’d call 30 minutes before delivery. The delivery date rolled around, and we got an email saying that the delivery would be delayed a couple of hours. No biggie, it was a Saturday, and my fiancé blocked off his day to be at home for the delivery. They never called and never showed up. No secondary email with an explanation, nothing. We called Linn Star for over a week with no answer. They called my fiancé’s number during work hours, but he obviously couldn’t answer the phone unless on a break. Every day when he took a break, he called them back using the number they’d called him with, and every day, no answer. We finally had to have new delivery arrangements made with help from Wayfair because we received an email stating that our item would be sent back and we would be responsible for return shipping fees (this was an email from Wayfair, who didn’t yet know the extent of what was going on).When a Linn Star manager called to make a new delivery date, there was no apology and not even a mention of the issue. Here’s hoping we get our bed this coming Saturday, February 8, exactly 2 weeks late. Based on the other reviews here, it looks like this company needed to be reported to the Better Business Bureau yesterday. If you’re a company reading these reviews while looking to hire a delivery company, do. not. hire. this one. Wayfair said that the refund they issued to us is not a rarity due to the number of issues they’ve had with Linn Star."

"Absolutely horrible customer service! I order online regularly and on this occasion was awaiting a delivery from Wayfair. I’ve never encountered a delivery problem until dealing with this company. They firmly stand behind their mistakes, are dishonest and unreasonable when they failed to properly and effectively communicate with the third party company they contracted with for my delivery. In short despite overwhelming documentation of their error, they blamed me, the customer, and provided an inadequate “solution”. Even though it’s the nature of this industry, John Stivers and Darby both need considerable customer service and logistics training. I need something below a one star rating."

"I ordered a refrigerator from JC Penny. Linn star transfer was the company who delivered my new fridge. The delivery guy put his drill inside the fridge while they moved it inside. When he opened the door the drill fell out. I saw when the drill fell out but there was a mess and they were still working on getting the handles put on. That coupled with 2 crying infants that woke up from the loud thud I was not able to go fully inspect the incident. They finished up and hurried out. Leaving a mess of tiny cardboard pieces all over the floor. As soon as they left I started cleaning the floor and realized there was a large divet in my wood floor from where he dropped his drill. I stopped and looked outside, the guys were driving away. So I immediately called the number on the paper given to me. I explained everything to the lady in the other end. She took down my information and assured me that someone would call me back within 48 hours. I never got a call. I called back a second time 3 days later and got the same song and dance. No call back! I would highly suggest you not go with another company if given the choice. If not, watch them closely because they WILL NOT want to accept responsibility for damages to your property!"
