"Management shows favoritism to like nationality. No growth for minority. Pay is good! KC loads and terminal no good, touch freight."
"Shipped 3 handling units from a neighboring state. Banded in skids only 1 arrived banded. For starters,, they managed to break 5 bands that have a break strength of 4,650 lbs. On a skid that only weighed 628 lbs. Brand new parts showed up with obvious damage as they were shiny gloss black, and had heavy impact marks of yellow paint. Made driver sign for damage and stared the claim. After months of back and forth we were issued a check for $248 for a claim of $6700. They said it was consealed damage. Sorry, no it wasn't, driver signed it as damaged at our request, as the driver tried to dump and run. Central transport comes back with "thats not our drivers signature". Went as far as us proving it was them, their driver with our dock cameras. They refused to answer any further emails, and there is nobody you can call for your claim. We as a company ship hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of freight, and we have deselected Central Transport of EVER handling our freight ever again. They are a horriabaly ran company with trashy unprofessional drivers and dock jockies who could give a care less about your freight. Go to their national website and read their Google reviews, THIS IS THEIR BUSINESS PRACTICE!"
