"Very dissapointed with this place. I make good money but have been very irresponsible and donated most to the local casino. I put myself in a horrible situation and really needed help. Was honest about why i needed help 'shouldnt have done that' and when finished app over phone, she gave me a little hope and said manager would decide in morning. I took everything i had left to title loan 'not enough but got little more time'. In morning i printed off last 4 pay stubs, bonus info... Showed up just after they opened , open sign was off, wasnt sure if i was in the right spot, they looked at me like i was lost, had to ask if they were open/continental loans.. I explained that i had documents to help my cause. She told me she had called last night and left message saying they couldnt help. This is Funny because my phone is broke and very hard to use/ messages are full and u cant even leave any... The whole experiance was just aweful, I felt like i was judged and left feeling ashamed. I understand i messed up but really wanted to fix those mistakes, just needed a little help, now things are only going to get worse."
