"After over a week to to do a minor repair I have to wait 2 hours on the scheduled pickup date for my bike. The problem has immediately recurred and on closer inspection it is obvious the repair was only partially completed probably to get the bike out the door. Glad I didn't buy the bike from them."

"Was in the market for a new bike and my first ever nice bike as I am looking to transition from running to biking. After a lot of research, I settled on a few models, which I discovered were about impossible to find in stock online or in stores. I called a few local shops here in Wichita with no luck until I contacted Bicycle Pedaler. My #1 choice after researching what would fit my needs was the Specilaized Sirrus X 2.0. When I called thay bike was not in stock as I expected but Tyler who was assisting me checked for other models and they had the 3.0 in stock and on sale for less than I was expecting to pay for the 2.0! I was elated, to say the least. The bike was assembled and ready for me to pick up in a few days. During pick up, Zack assisted me with adjusting the bike for me, showing me how things worked and provided tips on things I might want to consider and even some cool places to ride. Love my new bike and would very highly recommend Bicycle Pedaler, my experience couldn't have been better!"
