"I went in to return an item that I had a UPS label for. I had already taped the box up. I realized I hadn't put in the packing slip. I asked if they would tape it back up for me. The young lady who was helping said of course. It was one piece of tape about 8 inches long. A second lady came over and said "we charge $1.00 for taping the box" . I said it is one little piece of tape not the whole box. She said "it's a dollar, cash or credit." The other girls said really just for that little piece. The other girl replied " we charge a dollar for taping". I realize they do have to charge for some of their expenses. But I was not asking for the whole box to be tape. Sometimes customer service like that goes a long way. If there was an other UPS option I would go there."
