"I’ve been getting massages for 20 plus years now, and Phil had techniques I’d never seen before. I’d been having neck and shoulder pain, and his method focuses right in on where it hurts, working on getting that muscle to release its tension and learn how to be at rest again. He also worked on my neck from a side lying position- brand new technique for me and it really was able to expose those muscles so he could dig into them with his elbow. I felt better immediately after the session, though will likely be a little sore tomorrow. This is not a sleepy time massage, but a workout session that will actually help with the pain. Highly recommend Phil and his method of deep tissue massage!"

"I have experience several massages in the past living in a big city, but nothing comes close to the healing work I received from Phil. The first session we spent some time discussing what was going on, and he asked allot of questions to determine what areas he needed to work on. He mentioned the type of deep tissue therapy recommended could be painful but the end result would be very beneficial and knew exactly where to apply pressure. I had been in pain for over two years, and after 2 sessions I am on the road to recovery. I would HIGHLY recommend Phil at Ridgeline Bodywork for your next deep tissue healing therapy."
