Coeur OBGYN

"I saw them for establishing care and questions about fertility in December. The midwife asked if I wanted to add a pap. I figured that would save me a copay- so I said yes. I got a bill. I called their billing department and they agreed with me and rebilled. I got another bill- so I called them back. They said it wasn’t a full annual so I need to pay the copay. I was annoyed, but I want online to pay and then the bill was over $100. I called back, and then the same person told me that my insurance took back their money when it was rebilled, so I would need to call my insurance that they can’t do anything. Still not resolved because blue cross says it’s on coeur obgyn’s billing. Unless I want to spend more time on hold, I guess I’ll just pay the $153- even though I have insurance. I can afford it- but very frustrating. They referred me to ER due to pain. ER reported no heartbeat of fetal pole. I was obviously very distraught. Next day, when I called, coeurobgyn told me that they wanted to make sure HCG doubled in 48 hours (on a Saturday)- they told me I would have lab order waiting at hospital lab and keep it close to the 48 hour mark as possible. I dragged my 16 month old out at night in the rain to do this test. The order wasn’t there. Lab called on call to see if they could get a verbal, and the on call person said I would need to wait till Monday. That is an eternity for someone waiting to find out if they are viable. I never got a call back on Monday. They did apologize on the portal after I messaged them. Switched to kootenai- baby is great! There are longer waits with kootenai- but so far, it is definitely worth it."

"I absolutely love Dr. Schultz!! He was the perfect fit for my little family. This is our first baby so we didn’t know what to expect from this process. He went out of his way during the birth to make sure we followed my birth plan as closely as possible. He brought such a calming energy to the room during delivery. The whole staff at Coeur was so knowledgeable and kind. 10/10"

Unfortunately, I can’t say the same about Dr. Kim’s nurse who was completely rude and condescending. Thank you Sandy for all of your help! I appreciate you!"

"I've had a great experience with Coeur OBGYN since my first appointment. Dr. Henneberg, nurse Kimmy, Dr. Kim, and other staff have all been wonderful. Every visit was on time and thorough. Dr. Henneberg always answered all of my questions, throughly reviewed options, and respected my decisions. I always felt like my baby's health and mine were in good hands. I ended up having Dr. Kim perform my c-section since he was on-call and had a great experience with him as a provider too. Everyone in the practice I've encountered from doctors to front desk staff have been wonderful. I really appreciate their professionalism, knowledge, compassion, and dedication to creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere."

"Dr. Schultz took me on halfway through my pregnancy and from the start was so comforting and understanding. He is awesome as well as the whole staff here. I highly recommend them! They always go above and beyond to make you feel welcome."
