"Rude staff over the phone! Asked if I could be seen sooner and they told me that they were over booked. I was hoping to be seen soon due to wanting to see Dr. Flores to see if my pregnancy is going okay since I’m a patient there. ER sent me home but I was still worried about my pregnancy since i had couple of miscarriages before. They just said “SORRY ABOUT THAT” and she hanged up on me without me finishing talking. If you get a prescription from there and have a concern about it and you called and asked about it they don’t answer you. You leave a voicemail so they can call you back but they don’t. I called 3 times and nothing. I had to wait until my appointment to asked. The doctor would tell you to call but they never answer your voicemail or call you back. Sometimes they’re just talking in the back doing nothing. I would go to the back to use the restroom to pee in a cup and they’re just talking about personal stuff back there. I wouldn’t recommend this place if you’re gonna be a first time mom and if you want to make sure everything is okay with your baby I would go somewhere else if the staff doesn’t take you serious. Anyways the Dr. Is nice and always positive but the rest of the staff are rude!"

"4 years and 8 months ago Dr Flores and the on call staff diliverd Enza bridwell i thank God every day for the little miracle they handed me that day they saved my life and gave me a reson to live that day and i thank them for it!.. The before and after visits where something to look forward too i in joy there office it gives a sense of confert and safety"

"You didn't find me in your system because this is my maiden name. I have been a patient there for over a year. I would love to leave a better review, but unfortunately cannot based off the experiences I have had there. I gave one star because every visit I have had there takes 2-3 hours even when there is no one else in the waiting room. My last visit I complained and was given an excuse as to why it took over 2 hours to be seen, though this is always the case. This office expects people to make it to their appointment on time but does not respect our time. The front desk staff is rude, unprofessional and unaccomodating as well. I have had two employees since I have been a patient there tell me they want to quit, one who already did...the other who agrees patients are being scheduled poorly which causes her to miss her lunch break often. Also its a tad bit concerning you can't find me in your system by my maiden name as it is a question I answered on the initial new patient paperwork over a year ago...just goes to show how little attention to detail this office pays. I will never go back to this place again."

"Very professional and always in a good mood. Obvious that he is very knowledgeable. He always checks to see if the patient has any questions. My wife and I have been very satisfied with his work and staff. I love his new location in the hospital medical building."
