"My husband went in for care this morning for a painful acute flare up... he had an unpleasant experience. The PA was rude and he was told they would prefer he visit his primary care doctor in the future. My husband is NOT a “frequent user” of this facility... his last visit was a year ago. We have only used it twice ~ for emergencies. When he arrived, the receptionist told him it may be a 90 minute wait time~ he needed help and decided to wait. When he wasn’t discouraged into leaving ... and they saw he planned to wait ~they called him back within a few minutes. We have insurance and paid our co-pay. His experience this morning with the staff and the PA, was unacceptable for a public service care facility."

"Nurse on duty was very rude. Instead of greeting me as I walked by she looked me up and down because of my appearance. Never made eye contact with me. Got to the room and waited forever. Same nurse came in and was still very cold and uncaring. I could hear her barking orders to othe staff and she seemed in a hurry with all the patients. Probably won't come back."

"Well this was my first time here, didn’t feel very welcomed or caring to me, doors didn’t open until I called at 12:03. After the check in with the unfriendly check in guy... I got basically my vitals done than told to see my primary doctor because they thought It was a Potential ulcer, than they called in some prescriptions to my pharmacy, when I had made plans to be dismissed as I was originally told...I made plans to go to lunch in the 10 min to be dismissed, not the case 10 min later the doctor advised, she wanted to preform an x-ray...so another 20 min go by, than they advised I had to wait 30 additional min to get the results, instead of allowing me to leave and call me about the results... one again they didn’t seem to care about my time or very medically inclined with a game plan from the start! Results we don’t know what you have gallstones or or an ulcer...please follow up with your primary care doctor ...plus they wanted me to wait again to be discharged and to receive my prescription ....You tell me if a two hour wait was worth it!"

"I didn't really like the care I got today! Mainly because I literally waited 40 minutes before anyone came in and checked on me or said anything. So when I went to the restroom a lady saw me and got to thinking he hasn't been helped yet after those 40 minutes. Then because the main doctor was so, busy ( let me remind you there was only 3 of us being taken care of ) one lady asked me if I wanted to stay longer or leave so I chose not to wait anymore, so I could get back to work. I was there for 2 hours and 12 minutes. Didn't make me feel like I was any kind of priority to get me taken care of. I wouldn't give this place 1 star if it didn't require a rating to post this."

"Very professional and great service from nurses, PA, and receptionist​. No appointment needed! Did a great job with our young child. I will recommend this urgent care to anyone who needs an immediate appointment when their normal doctor is closed. Quick, but to be fair, we were also the first ones there and only one other patient arrived while we were there. I don't know what wait times are like when they have many patients at once."
