"Have to say these people really do care. My recent experience while renting from them was superb. The main water line broke from a tree root (happens) and my wife is 8 pregnant, so being in a panic myself Quality really stepped up and what seemed like they jumped down companies throats to get it fixed FAST. So grateful to rent from them."

"This management company is the absolute WORST that you will ever find to rent from! When we moved in our Apartment they 'supposedly' cleaned the place but we still had to clean several places throughout and there was still beer in the refrigerator from previous tenants. After being there for a couple of months, early in the morning the sliding glass door in our dining room shattered. My family was all in bed and I still don't know what caused the glass to break. When I reported it Quality Management sent someone to fix it but they didn't show up for a week, so we lived with a shattered glass door until then. The repair man told us that there are times that glass is weak and the heat will cause the glass to break but Quality management refused to believe that and charged us over $300 for the glass. When we moved out we cleaned the apartment from top to bottom but they refused to give us our deposit back and gave us a whole list of things that was 'wrong' with it, including the toilet paper holder that was unclean. Our neighbor behind us, who was a young man and woman got upset at my toddler and reported us to Quality Managment as being hard to live by and we received a letter in the mail telling us that we must be careful or something would be done and then wouldn't tell us who sent the complaint although we knew who did it. I tell anyone that will listen to never, ever rent from these people! I am a teacher and at times teach a class on housing and I always recommend that the students in my class avoid these people like the plague! There is definitely no quality in their management."

"I moved to Id in late 2018. I applied to 3 different properties. Quality management by far was the most professional, kind, and understanding group I have ever rented from. Always available!! Repairs handled within hours and if not their repair people work really hard to get whatever wrong fixed. Best management company i ever dealt with!!!!!"

"My husband and I rented an apartment through them for 5 1/2 yrs. They were very good to work with. The office people were always friendly on the phone and in person. They communicated any changes that concerned us quickly. We had very few problems with our apartment even though it was a very old building. When we reported a problem ( something needing fixed) they were quick to contact maintenance for repairs."

"This company has been a great place to rent from! We put in an application on a house we were interested in but unfortunately we were 3rd in line & the property got rented out to an applicant before me. They offered us a full refund of our application fee (which is super rare with other property management companies I might add) or we were given the opportunity to put our application on another home. We chose to put it towards another home & were accepted! Here we are two years later in the same home & we have had nothing but great service. The ladies in this office have been so sweet & have always met our needs. Thank you Quality Management for your great service! 10/10 definitely recommend!"
