Pinehurst Townhomes

"Worst townhomes to live in. Lived here for three years and it has been the worst to live in by far. A/c unit in our apartment never works. Maintenance and management are terrible to communicate with. Will charge you dog fecal matter fees even if it’s not from your dogs. They do not say anything about the other tenants leaving trash everywhere around the trash bins outside. They do not clean or replace any broken/ missing parts of the place before you move in. If there are any maintenance issues and you leave them a note saying that you do not feel comfortable with anyone being in the place without you or the spouse there, they will still go into your home and will not notify you when in the home."

"Lived here for 3 months or so.. not it. Yeah they are cute and they are perfect homes for a few people. BUT THE PEOPLE THAT LIVE THERE BE CRAZYYY. It was in an okay part of town but honestly people be wild over in Pinehurst."

"This complex is full of super sketchy people. Vehicles constantly zooming through the roads regardless of how many children are around. Tenants sitting outside in their cars blaring their music until 2:00 in the morning Multiple addicts.. The kids are incredibly aggressive and honestly trashy and their parents let them do whatever. These kids are destructive, Including messing with tenants personal property. There is NO playground. We're there for 2 years and the website stated that it was there when we moved in. It has never been there since we were there and it's still being advertised on the site. It takes forever to get a repair done and when it does get done it's not even done properly but you still get charged for it. We weren't able to use our downstairs bathroom for over a year. Our dishwasher never worked no matter how many times he came to fix it but wouldn't replace it. There was a massive sink hole in front of our apartment overflowing with water for over 2 months. All of our emails were ignored. until somebody finally came and fixed it after we hardcore complained 2 MONTHS LaTER. They are super discriminate on dogs so make sure you have a companion letter for your animals if you have any desire on staying with them and moving to this complex. During the summer they clearly overwater the grass in the entire place is infested with mosquitoes. Again complaints were ignored. I couldn't even walk from my door to the back grass area to tell my kids to come inside without having over 40 mosquito bites in a 2-minute period this place was here for us when we needed it but if you have any other options please reconsider especially if you have a family. I've never seen my children so sad and depressed then when we were living at Pinehurst. The only time you really ever see the landlord is when she's walking around putting eviction or late rent notices on people's doors and she does it with a giant smile on her face. Poor customer service. Constantly felt like she was judging me or anybody I watched her talk to. I really think this property needs a giant reevaluation and definitely some new management."

"We lived in the Pinehurst townhomes for 5 years (2015-2020). Amy was the manager, I believe she is still there but I felt she was fair. We followed the rules, paid the rent, got our deposit back when we upgraded to the 3 bedrooms. We did have some issues with some of the neighborhood hoodlums but all in all it was a good starting off point. Quiet place, the fireplaces we're nice in the winter. They recently upgraded some of the units and it looked great."

"I wish I could leave absolutely no stars because the manger here is awful. She is never there to help anyone, they do not maintain the property of townhomes well. Their adds are lies. Every year when you renew your lease the raise rent $200 to $300 for no reason. There is no play ground, nothing to use on basketball or tennis court. They will not let you use horse shoe pit one post is missing and "dog park" is a joke. Amy is rude and lies about everything and is not helpful at all. She cares about money and that's it. I'm leaving at the end of July and thank goodness. Stay away from here and they actually property management will never get back to about anything."
