"The worst apartment we have ever lived in. So many maintenance issues, they will use your entire deposite upon move out for "repairs". We even hired professional cleaning services when we moved out and they still charged us a $265 cleaning fee. Seriously avoid moving here, it's not worth it."
"These apartments are filled with wear and tear issues. We had a toilet tank crack (while we weren’t home and nothing fell on it) and caused some water damage. The property management, HomeRiver Group decided it was our fault and are charging us $3,260 and some change for the maintenance charges. I wrote a review on the property management page and Monica Biddinger commented on it saying she would like to learn more about this issue. I emailed her my phone number so I can finally talk to someone on the phone, and again no response back. These apartments are a scam and the people “managing” them, are a joke."
"Do not move here!!! Biggest scam, over priced, they nickel and dime you for everything, service is incredibly poor. The worst housing experience we have ever had."
"Avoid this place at all costs. They’ll scam you for every dime you have and make up reasons to do so. They have tons and tons of vacant apartments for rent for a reason. Cheap, yes. But for a reason. And they’ll make it not cheap once you sign that lease. Just don’t do it."
"Crooks to the fullest they will make up things they did to the apartment after you move out!! Just to keep the deposit and still say you owe more after! They rent the shell and make you pay for all the repairs and maintenance!"
