"Absolutely horrible service. As others have said several emails, several calls, weeks later and still no replies back. Once he has you as a client and earns money off of you he nor his assistant Ann will provide any service or help afterwards. Good luck trying to change or add anything to or policy. You will go weeks uninsured because they cannot answer their phones or their emails. So unfortunate he collects money but provides no service."

"I cannot get anyone to ever call me back, no matter how many messages I leave. The office will just disregard you. Some examples when I needed customer service and did not get a response: I had canceled a policy and was entitled to a refund that I never received, I had questions about updating my policy, I've gotten mail sent to the wrong address despite providing them in writing with the appropriate address. I've been having these problem since March 2021."

"Was a long time customer of this office while living in Boise, need to insure a boat that is in Idaho. I called twice and did not have the curiosity to return my call after stating they would in the initial discussion. We are currently State Farm customers and have been for over 40 years, makes me rethink this decision."
