"The Square One Property Management Team have always gone above and beyond for the tennats where I live. Huge shout out to Sarah Phillips for being so professional and responsive! They make sure we have filters replaced, they hire people to spray for bugs, lawn maintenance is well taken care of, service calls are answered/ fixed promptly by Chris who is such a sweetheart, any snow is taken care of/sidewalks cleared, the fire department does checks yearly, and we always receive a gift from the owners for Christmas! There's much more they do around here, but just wanted to say Thank you for all you do!"
"Run. Run far away. These people will try to steal your money even if you’ve never had any issues and always paid rent early. They do not care about you. They are greedy thieves. Rent elsewhere."
"I would give 0 stars if I could. Apparently this company claims they can change lease agreements at whim if they give 30 day notice even without any proof of giving notice. They charge fees without proof. They will hang up on you if you air your grievances. Essentially this company feels they can charge you whatever they like without proof. They even tried to tell us we couldn’t terminate our month-to-month lease.. It’s month to month. There’s a reason there are a bunch of vacant apartments, management sucks and their prices are much higher than comparable alternatives. Go anywhere else."
