"THERE IS ALOT MORE PLUSES THAN MINUSES HERE, IT'S A GOOD HOSPITAL WITH EXCELLENT DSERVICES THE MINUSES I FIND IS THE PATIENT PORTAL IS A MESS WHEN IT WON'T LET YOU RESET PASSWORDS AND IT DELETES YOUR ACCOUNT WITHOUT TELLING WHY, THE SYSTEM NEEDS SOME WORK TO FIX THE FLAWS IN THE SYSTEM i got to add the food is great the cooksput a lot of effort into making your meals really rhey alltreat you like family and help yougetreally care about you through some really tough times, because they show that everyone at the hospital caRegreat."
"There's an individual on duty at this hospital at this very present time by the name of Tanya that is rude, nasty, and hateful. My family is experiencing a very traumatic emergency tonight with a family member and she has been extremely, and I mean extremely, threatening and hateful to a family member that arrived at the hospital and she had the same demeanor with me when I called. I will be following up on this!!"

"I was traveling from Colorado to Kansas City, when I had a medical emergency in Goodland. I was so incredibly grateful there was a 24 hour emergency room available to me. I can’t express how amazing the staff was during my two day stay. Paul and Jeff, in the ER, were calming and reassuring. Paul was so kind and sat with me, chatting to help calm me down. I was alone and this was so helpful for my anxiety. Both Paul and Jeff checked in on me the next day. My floor nurses, Stacy and Tonia, were equally wonderful. Stacy celebrated with me when my problem resolved itself and she was so mellow and calming. The aids were very attentive and kind as well. I appreciate this hospital and their marvelous staff SO much."
