"NEGATIVE 100 stars!!!!!my family has had 5 property managers in 3 years and the last one is the worst most unprofessional manager I have ever met. Have been fined 3 times for supposed lease violations in the last month.but they dont fix anything or just lie about it...we have mold in our apartment and she denied it and lied about testing it. I had a camera set up while they supposedly tested it and there was no test just looked at black sheetrock and insulation inside the ceiling and said it's mildew because we didn't clean it. What a joke. Been waiting 3 years for a screen door. I had to personally install new oven element and kitchen faucet because we didn't have any maintenance man for over a year then they hire some dude who obviously has no experience and yes they steal lie and rip hard working tenants off so the investors keep getting richer while the tenants live in run down Unsafe and over priced apartments. 1 work to describe this company PATHETIC. Especially this property manager she couldn't manage her way out of a wet paper bag."

"What a joke of a company, recently moved into a complex in October. Was told by the signing agent. that if I gave the company an extra 100 a month, it would cost the cover of my utilities and garbage. Technically they were already paying for my garbage. Anyways the drop an email to me saying I owe 343 dollars for back utility bill. Didn't bother to tell residents who signed with the guy that he wasn't supposed to be making these kind of deals. This is ridiculous because how is it my fault or other residents fault. Why didn't you immediately"

"The company doesn't believe anyone but their employees. They lie about things happening. The manager plays favoritism to others. They won't even take my calls. I wanted to stay there but they ripped up my app for no reason. They even lied about what my past landlord said, he even told me that. They even give you lease violations over the stupidest things."

"New owners of our disabled apartment complex. So far, very caring people. Hope it continues this way. I was very impressed! Well worst nightmare, It did change. Not very caring at all. Have problems with more things then I care to discuss!"

"⚠️ WARNING ⚠️ THESE PEOPLE WILL STEAL YOUR PETS!!! This just happened to my friend. While she was at work these people went into her HOME, and emptyed her dogs food and water, then lied to animal control saying she ABANDONED the dog. They wouldn't allow her to renew her lease because the other residents have nothing better to do with their low lives. They called and made many false complaints about her dog. Yet a week before they tell her she has 30 days to get out, THEY STEAL HER DOG! I am beyond furious with this company."
