"Edit: Our heat was repaired and management compensated us for the delay. We have not had heat or air conditioning for 7 months. Even for healthy people, that creates massive discomfort, but our management knows I have incurable cancer and so this has had a profound affect on me and my family. Besides it being illegal for you to leave us without heat, it’s immoral."
"Nothing crazy bad. I understand no pool/hot tub late hours. But I’m NEVER off work in time to enjoy these amenities I was so excited to have. Also, the turn key on our mailbox, when replaced, turns the opposite way, so the metal blocker never rotates past the left edge to ensure it’s locked. 701, top left, first mailboxes"
