"If you’re looking for a babysitter with friendly staff, then this place is great. But if you’re looking to receive assessments on how your child is doing and conferences, it doesn’t happen. I never knew how my child was doing, never knew areas we needed to work on, and was reassured he was doing fine. Now that my child is in school, he actually is very behind. Communication needs to be improved."

"We absolutely love Ashley’s house! My daughters started there when they were 2 and 3 as their first time in daycare I was very concerned about how they would acclimate and the teachers were amazing working with my girl to earn their trust and make them feel comfortable. Both my girls were potty trained in a matter of weeks with the help of the staff at Ashley’s house. The assistant director and director made me feel at ease when calling to check on my little ones. My oldest is now 5 and went into Pre-K knowing how to write, not only knowing her alphabet but also being able to recognize every letter and number, all her colors and shapes and basic Spanish at 5. I am still impressed to this day how much knowledge my daughters come home with. When we found out my younger daughter had a sensory processing issue the entire staff that come into contact with her throughout the day we’re all very eager to learn how they could help her and keep her comfortable and having been doing an amazing job! Now my son goes to Ashley’s and has been there a year he just turned 2 and also knows his entire alphabet, can count to 15 in English and 10 in Spanish knows all his colors in English Spanish and sign language and he knows all his shapes and is still learning new ones each day. My son comes home singing new songs to me everyday which I absolutely love! This is a facility that allows kids to be kids while teaching them important academic and social skills. I would absolutely recommend anyone to take a look at this center when look for child care for their little ones."

"My kids love it at Ashley’s house West and they absolutely love their teachers. The fact that every morning we walk in the doors they’re eager to bolt to their classrooms makes me feel good as a mom for picking the right place for them. I also love that when we get home I hear/see that my daughter (who is almost 2) can recognize a new shape, new number, or a new color in sign language. Then my son (who just turned 5) out of nowhere counts to 40 in Spanish! I didn’t even know he knew what Spanish was!! Just a really amazing environment and a great place to leave your kiddos."

"This is a great center! The staff are truly loving and every time I come in my children are happy and seem very well taken care of. I love that they not only teach kids "typical" learning (think abc's, counting, writing name, etc.) but they teach them social and emotional skills as well. I have never had a problem with the staff. I have had concerns (I can be an unreasonable, helicopter mom sometimes) but as soon as I bring them up the Director makes sure she checks it out and I get a full report. They've even let me check out the cameras when I wanted to see how long he was upset after a rough drop off (by the time I got to the camera he was already happy and playing with his teacher). Couldn't recommend a place more than here. Thank you, Ashley's House for all you do!"

"I have nothing but good things to say about Ashley's House. The staff is very accommodating and they seem to genuinely enjoy the kids. My 3 year old loves going and always has good things to say. Ashley's house has played a big role in potty training efforts among many other skills they teach, most of which, I would have never thought of. I'm seeing lots of one-star reviews here, but I've never seen the behavior mentioned from the staff."
