"Collin’s website say his hours are from 8:30 to 5:00. When I called, I end up in the corporate phone bank limbo. I finally got hold of someone at corporate and they said that his website should be stating 9:00 as the time to call. So I call back at 9:00 and I get a clerk who can’t actually do anything other than take a message. I asked when Collin will be available to call and she said she didn’t know. “He’s got four kids so I don’t know when he will be in”. Not a professional customer oriented organization."
