"My 2nd experience with Norco was phenomenal. No complaints. I filled out the application to get a breast pump on Monday, which was a holiday. Got a phone call from an employee that morning. Got my prescription via my Dr's office Tuesday afternoon and got a phone call at 4:30 that they already had a pump waiting for me. Wonderful customer service, quality medical supplies. The employee was very kind. Thank you. 3rd experience 11/23 They got my medical supply approved and to me in less than 24 hours (it was faxed in end of day or would've likely been ready that day!) Still a great experience, and kind and helpful staff."
"My mom ordered a wheel chair from her husband she made sure to have all the paperwork done before she took as she did not want to rent it. After going back a second time they have her sign a paper saying it's just a formally it's all paid for 10 months later comes a huge bill saying she rented it. Based on other reviews this is how they operate. Do not use these people. All they did was try to blame billing for why it took so long. Terrible company."
