Personally, after being diagnosed with a serious lung condition followed by an order for Oxygen through Norco it was less than two hours before receiving a call from Ken. He had the necessary equipment to me with in a few hours. From that point forward he has been exceptionally helpful. The equipment excellent and “Wow!” are they fast to address any issues. It is hard to express how positive my experience has been and continues to be with Norco and in particular Ken. Grateful they are in McCall and do such a great job. Could not be happier! Bob"
