"I’ve been a St. Luke’s/Elks hearing and balance downtown Boise for almost a decade, I am on my third set of hearing aids. These folks are like my second family by this point. They care, they are kind, they’ve extended courtesies beyond what I thought any normal hospital would extend. When you engage with these folks? It’s a full four year ride. And they are just awesome. You can tell they love what they do, from the front office to the back of the house audiologists and advocates. Can’t say enough nice stuff about these people. Top shelf!"
"Very friendly and informative experience. Definitely will recommend. She explained everything well and did not recommend hearing aids at this time as I really don't need them YET. I've seen other audiologists trying to sell hearing aids at their super high prices. Not so here. Recommend."
