"I love QT but damn is the new store layout awful! It gets way too congested in front of the checkout. If it looks busy I just go somewhere else now to avoid bumping into people just trying to get to the other side of the store."
"I literally waited for curbside pick up for ten minutes for a vanilla cone. I had a newborn in my car and didn't want to bring him inside. The girl that brought it out wasn't even friendly like I am accustomed to with QT employees. This was definitely my worst QT experience. I have never had a problem at any other store."
