"I am so glad picking FCI to install runner on my basement stairs. Had the initial consultation with Amy and she was very friendly and easy to work with. She listened to what kind of runner we want and gave us several recommendation. After the consultation, she checked the quote again to make sure it is accurate and found that the computer program overly estimated the materials needed. She adjusted the quote and was able save us some money! Rex is the project manager and he is responsive to my call/text regarding the installation schedule. Forgot the name of the installer but they did an amazing job. They made sure the runner was installed perfectly down to the smallest details.
