"I had paid for my family to go watch kung fu panda four together in the 3-D, showing as we start picking out our candy and drinks. I asked for a for the little paper boats for the kids to have something to put some popcorn in and member of management claims they charge $.25 per paper Boat and already spent $100 on movie tickets and about $80 on snacks and drinks as we enter in to the theater six for the 3-D showing to find out my recliner was broken. I had approached the member of management and she said sorry we cannot do anything about that until the movie is over as we are sitting there watching the previews finish up in the movie start it was more blurry with the glasses on then without them so we had to go out and remind them to fix the screen countless times in making it 3-D show the service was absolutely horrible at the Ontario real theater"

"This place used to be a great place but recently it’s gone down hill. We went to watch kung fu panda 4 in 3D with my family and first the seats didn’t work and they said they couldn’t do anything until after the show. Then the movie was extremely blurry with the 3D glasses on and it took them forever to get it fixed I won’t be coming back!"

"Went here to watch Wonka, we FROZE our butts off. Had to keep the coat and hat on and wash beyond miserable. The entire theater was complaining. We told the people up front and they told us they weren't going to do anything about it. For the price of a ticket you think they could be bothered to turn on the heat! Stay home, stream the show, make your own popcorn and stay warm!"

"I love the prices and the movies they play here. The staff is super friendly even when they are slammed busy. It gets pretty crowded when the line backs up inside. I mean it's a movie theater right. Sticky floors, popcorn, loud kids....all that comes with movies. They do a good job trying to keep up with the messes."

"I visited when passing through town. The staff was really nice and I love the character of the theater. That said, it's pretty old and needs some work right now, but it also seemed like they were doing some renovations. So, go check it out. I got the impression that in its heyday, this was a really nice theater, and I think once I get some renovations done it can be really special again."
