No pad, support, or product on the market is available for me. Mike took my call with patience and had me drop in. He and his staff quickly looked, tried to understand complexities of a medical problem, and helped with the solution. His kindness was beyond just helpful. The difference in my life is pain and inability to function by end of day, to pain free and functioning. All over a specially cut piece of foam. He is wonderful, as is his staff. If you're in doubt on where to shop come here. On a side note- I took some time to review his machine in the floor and swatches. Massive selection of both budget and luxury fabrics to pick from.
