"The owner will try to cheat you if you use a travel site. He said he would honor my priceline discount coupon and ring it up as payment directly to the hotel. Well, he did not honor the coupon. Actually he charged me more then advertised price. I paid for 3 nights, but when I reported him to priceline he kicked me out the next morning."

"Bathroom was dirty overall (deadbugs in the bottom of the tub). Candywrappers everywhere, phone didn't work, no pamphlet for nearby food options and the beds were uncomfortable. 2 stars because the staff was nice"

"My stay was great. I’m a traveling pipe welder working in Caldwell. This was a very clean motel with great customer service. The weekly rate was the most affordable I could find. Upon arrival I found very nice and professional staff. Small motel, back up to your front door. Grocery and food right down the street. Thanks a lot. I will stay here again when working in the area."

"I've stayed in a lot of cheap motels but this motel was by far the worst. The room smelled like an ash tray, the shower took 20 minutes to get luke warm, not even hot! The lady running the place was very rude when we told her how uncleanly our room was, she did put us in a new room that didn't smell AS bad but overall I will never stay here again. For the exact same price per night you can travel 10 min away and stay somewhere you don't worry about bedbugs crawling on you while you sleep or someone breaking into your room in the middle of the night. Not only do I not suggest, I highly discouraged staying at the Payette Motel."

"This was the worst place I’ve ever stayed. It was 90$ for 3 people and a dog. Said it was newly remodeled, not sure where that was. My son was accused of sneaking in a second dog. Didn’t happen! The decor left a lot to be desired. The worst part was we could hear rodents running through the walls all night. I should have slept in my car. I would not recommend this place even in a pinch like we were in. The owners were not very friendly. I would give negative stars if I could."
