"I had to pick up some antibiotics on Memorial Day and assumed this pharmacy would either be closed or very busy. I called ahead and spoke with Ashley the Pharmacist who took my info over the phone to activate my prescription and prevent me from going in the store and spreading around my germs. She also helped me work thru a small issue with my insurance so I wouldn’t have to pay more out of pocket. She signed me up to receive a text when my Rx was ready and I was able to pick it up quickly and with no issues. Thank you for your great customer service! I’m sorry they had to work a holiday but I’m also very grateful they were open so I could start taking my antibiotic so I could get on the path to feeling better."
"While they may be busy, they really are the best. I switched over full time to Safeway in Cheney about 8 years ago when my mom had cancer. My mom was using Walmart and I said never again. Safeway knows you by name. Keep up the good work RX staff."
