"I emailed for a reservation more than a month before my expected stay. I never received a response. I arrived nevertheless to find the door locked. I called and was told no rooms were available, despite the sign by the door stating there were rooms available."

"I stayed in Dannyann's B&B and it was wonderful! Lovely older (1902) Craftsman house, very comfy bed, excellent friendly but unobtrusive host (Danny; I did not get to meet Terry Ann) who made me a really fantastic multi-course breakfast! Very good coffee, too."

"I stayed a night here this week. It’s a delightfully appointed older home with three rooms available for guests. I stayed in Room # 3. The room was nice. Bed was great. The amenities in the were as described and what I had expected. The hosts provided room service coffee at the exact time that I had requested, upon them offering. Breakfast was served in the main floor dining area at the Agee’s upon time. As with the coffee service, they asked what time I would like breakfast. I didn’t expect the attention to the details in how breakfast was served. The smallest of details suggested care and thoughtfulness. The breakfast was excellent and beautifully presented. If I have a reason to stay in Newport in the future I look forward to staying here again."

"One couldn't find a more pleasant place to stay in this little town, or frankly anywhere. The home is lovely and our room was well appointed with several thoughtful amenities. Breakfast was a culinary delight. And, the hosts are lovely, friendly, helpful people who go out of their way to make their guests feel welcome and comfortable."
