"Went to take my truck for an alignment and they called back saying I need new ball joints ($800) before they did an alignment. What they didn’t know was the ball joints were just replaced not even a year ago by a different company. (Have receipt). Went and picked my truck up and took it to 2 other trusted mechanic shops to verify there was nothing wrong with the ball joints. Needless to say they were just trying to throw parts at it to earn more money. Do not recommend going to kansasland because they will sell you something you don’t even need. Called to let them know about the situation and they tried denying that they wouldn’t do something like that but obviously they did."
"So impressed with the customer service at this business! Every time we have been there, they are extremely accommodating and courteous. I was just in this morning as my tire pressure light came on before traveling out of town and they checked my pressure and aired up my tires at no charge. But more importantly, the man who helped me was extraordinarily kind and went out of his way to be helpful. I will continue coming to this location for all of my tire needs!"
