"Very professional and nice .. but they first asked for my medical records.. I got all these records sent to them and then said they couldn’t work on me cause they being another provider and they couldn’t work with me because my hand accident being from a motor vehicle accident 3 years ago.. I asked them if there was a reason why not so I knew if I should be worried about finding another provider.. if there were risks or what not and she left it as she didn’t know. Couldn’t ask the doctor or anything? If it’s just cause I was in a motor vehicle when it happened and I’m getting help again for it now .. then do you guys not accept any motor vehicle accident and why the discrimination? Is it cause they only work on so few type of hand surgeries for a reason? They didn’t want to tell me anything… or she’d say it, was my thought. If I’m wrong, correct me. I totally just felt like they didn’t want my service. I’d like to know why."

"Not great. Our daughter was inaccurately shown as not being covered under our insurance when they looked up our coverage. Instead of them calling the more responsive insurance provider line to verify (which is what a typical front office staff would be required to do), they left me to try and call and wait on hold. My daughter had a broken hand and missed her appointment to get a cast on, because I was on hold doing their job for them. They offered me an appointment the week after. They also forgot to give me back my drivers license, and when I called the front desk lady she said she was going to mail it to me (?). I decided I did not want to come back here for another bizarre appointment. I took my daughter to Direct Orthopedic Care instead, and I highly recommend them. The front desk did their job. The doctor was great. I felt welcome there and my daughter was treated kindly, and not yelled at to sit down like at this place. I would save some time and skip this place. I wish I had."

"They are professional, courteous and very aware of their patients’ time. The office runs smoothly and both Dr. Watkins and his staff (Patricia and Marty) treat their patients like family. I recommend Dr. Watkins to anyone in need of hand care. He has treated my mother-in-law, our son, my wife as well as myself. Wouldn’t go anywhere else."

"Dr Watkins has been an incredible doctor. He has shown my daughter and I respect and patience as we navigated a pretty nasty broken wrist. He has educated us and communicated very well through the entire process. Surgery went well and all follow up has been positive. We have found him to be kind and knowledgeable in his work. A major plus that his office staff is friendly as well. I would highly recommend Dr Watkins."
